Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Worn or damaged items
- Intimates (if applicable)

- Exchanges are processed once your return is received
- If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right ASAP.
